  1. Do I have to pay to submit a request on UrParts?

    No, it is absolutely FREE.  If you want to submit a request to buy a part there are no costs.

  2. What if I don't see the type of machine in the diagrams section?

    Any request that does not fit into the most common categories visible with diagrams will go into the 'Other' section represented by the ?

  3. How will I know who I am buying the part from?

    The supplier's reply email will contain their name. Most suppliers also include their contact phone numbers.

  4. What if I am buying from an overseas supplier?

    When buying any goods from outside your economic zone, we suggest you check with your local customs office if any tax or import duty is applicable.

  5. Are there any additional costs to the price the supplier quotes?

    No, UrParts does not charge the buyer or the supplier any commission.

  6. How do I contact a supplier directly?

    When you receive a reply email from a supplier you are already communicating directly with them through the UrParts email service. All you need to do is reply to their email and it will only go to that supplier.

  7. How long will a request be visible to suppliers?

    When you select a Make and Model your request will be sent directly to specific suppliers by email. There is no time limit on when they can reply to that email as long as it is in their inbox.  

  8. What if don't see my Make & Model?

    Type the Make and Model information in the "Other" section and submit the enquiry as normal.  It will be verified by admin at UrParts and sent to relevant suppliers.

  9. Can I make a request if I am not at my computer or have mobile access?

    Absolutely, contact us at UrParts directly on the numbers in our Contact Us section and we will send the request on your behalf.  Save our phone number to your mobile phone for future use.

  10. How does UrParts make money?

    Suppliers pay a subscription based on volume of content.

  11. Can I Register without making a request?

    Absolutely, why not register immediately and you are then set up to make a request at any time. Remember to bookmark the page and save your username and password for quicker access.  Also bookmark the site on your mobile phone for 24 hour access.

  12. How do I manage multiple requests?

    Click Login, enter your email address and password which takes you directly to My Account section.  You will see all your requests, replies and can make New Requests.

  13. I am a supplier, how do I start receiving part requests from UrParts?

    Click on the Supplier Start Here button on the homepage. Chose the type of supplier that best describes your business and follow the steps to submit your company information.  Alternatively go directly to the Login Page and click New Supplier.   15. Can I see all the requests submitted on UrParts?

    Yes, If you go to the View All section of the website you will see all recent requests. Alternatively you can view all older requests Here
