If you need to make a request urgently and cannot access your computer, or don’t have mobile access, UrParts can help you. Simply call us and our administrative staff will manage it on your behalf. If you are a first time user we will set you up on the system and send out your request. We will then contact you if you have a response to your request. Of course you will be able to access ‘My Account’ at any time and see all activity relating to your requests.
Similarly as a supplier, if you would like to make changes to your content or need us to respond to a request on your behalf, simply call our administrative staff. Our phone staff are available during normal working GMT hours.
